The figures shown are not directly comparable across product types and do not represent total investor costs. Model portfolio figures reflect estimated
weighted average underlying fund expense ratios only. SMA figures reflect Russell Investments’ management fee only. Additional advisory, platform,
account-level, intermediary, transaction, and other fees and expenses may apply.
§
Model strategy weighted-average net expense ratios. These are the estimated weighted-average expense ratios based on the net annual
operating expenses ratios of the underlying funds’ S Shares, as disclosed in each fund’s most recent prospectus. The ratios are calculated by multiplying
each fund’s current target allocation by its expense ratio and then summing these values. The net annual operating expense ratio of the underlying funds
may be less than the total annual operating expense ratio as a result of a contractual transfer agency fee or advisory fee waiver through February 28,
2027, and/or a contractual cap and reimbursement on expenses through February 28, 2027. These contractual agreements may not be terminated
during the relevant periods except at the Board of Trustee’s discretion. Details of these agreements are in the current prospectus. The expense ratio for
an individual investor’s portfolio will vary based on their specific allocations to the underlying funds, as well as the actual expense ratios of those funds,
which may change over time. S Shares may not be available through all platforms or to all investors. If a different share class is used, the investor’s actual
underlying fund expenses may be higher or lower.
